Section 43

<br>Consumer groups are organized bodies

The consumer group constituted under section 41 shall be a self-governing and organized organization with unbroken succession.
(2) The consumer group shall have a separate seal of its own.
(3) The consumer group can acquire, consume, sell or dispose of movable and immovable property in the same way as individuals.
(4) A group of consumers can file a complaint in their own name as well as an individual and can also file a complaint in the same name.
